Kishor’s story began in Dar-es-Salaam, where he and his family spent Sundays doing charitable work among underprivileged communities. This first-hand awareness of the value of opportunity, along with his natural curiosity, led him to explore medicine, business, and aviation, obtaining his MD, MBA and pilot’s license. His varied career has found him running distillation and purification facilities, as well as an edible oil production venture. At Kilimanjaro Distillery, he comes full circle, using his love of science to carefully craft small batch spirits in Allentown, where the distillery helps diversify and revitalize the local economy. Niky’s journey has been fueled by a passion for bringing together people of diverse backgrounds to make the world a richer place.She’s explored the nature of connection and collaboration, and its power to drive meaningful change.
